Elizabeth has enjoyed two separate and distinct careers along with a lifetime of volunteer service click here. For the past 23 years, she has worked as a counselor, coach and therapist in the mental health area, often working for non-profit organizations. Combining knowledge, training and experience of her volunteer service and the two careers into her counseling practice, Elizabeth blends these worlds as needed for working toward resolving issues. She facilitated two semesters of Assertiveness Training at CU Boulder in the Multicultural Counseling Center. In addition she coaches clients in effective communication and leads workshops.
Elizabeth's practice centers around the belief that a deeper understanding of ourselves and others, along with improving communication skills for expressing our thoughts and resolving conflict, enhances self esteem and builds trust and respect in relationships. Elizabeth strives for deeper self-awareness within herself and with all of the people with whom she works - emphasizing and reclaiming the divine core of wisdom inherent in each person.
